banoks.ph uses this online ordering system to let customers browse the menu, create an account, place orders, make supported payments, and track delivery orders.

For delivery orders, we may collect GPS coordinates from your device only when you allow location access or when you choose to continue with address-only delivery.

How We Use Information

We use customer information to create and protect accounts, process orders, calculate delivery, contact customers about orders, support delivery tracking, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot service issues, and maintain business records.

Payments And Service Providers

When QR Ph or other online payment options are available, payment processing may be handled by PayMongo or another payment provider. We store order and payment status information, but payment approval and wallet processing happen through the payment provider.

If Google login is enabled, Google may provide account identity information such as your email address and profile name so we can create or sign in to your customer account.

Cookies And Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep login sessions, trusted-device checks, carts, checkout state, selected cart items, delivery preferences, and privacy consent working. These are needed for the ordering experience and are not used by this plugin for third-party advertising.

Sharing And Access

Authorized staff may access order, customer, delivery, and payment-status information to operate the store. We may share only the information needed by payment, SMS, map, hosting, or delivery-support providers used to run the service.

Retention And Security

We keep information for as long as needed for orders, customer support, legal, accounting, security, and operational records. We use access controls and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to order, legal, security, and accounting requirements. You can also clear your browser storage or cookies, but doing so may sign you out or remove local cart data.
